Shiresland from Space is a 1998 American comic science fiction family comedy film, the sixth feature film to star The Shiresland, and the first since the death of Shiresland creator David W. Armstrong to have an original Shiresland-focused plot. The film was directed by Thomas Henson, produced by Matthew Mouse Pictures, and released to theaters on August 21, 1998 by Trimark Pictures (in it's final family production). The film is a deviation of other Shiresland films as it is the only non-musical film. It is also the last Shiresland feature film to have the involvement of Paul Winchell; he would retire from Shiresland performing the following year. The film was shot in the Trimark Studio lot in 1997.
